A dynamic mat-based programme designed to work the whole body and specifically strengthen the core and legs.
- Progressively works all muscle groups to improve stability and body control and transform posture and body shape
- Excellent preparation for ballet class for both ballet students and professionals, also completely accessible for adult students of all levels
- Two levels offered: Open/Advanced (not suitable for those with injuries) and Introductory, a challenging class accessible to all levels

Group classes won’t be accessible to book less than 30 minutes before class starts, to give us time to email you the unique access link to access the class.
If you wish to cancel a class you must do so at least 60 minutes before the class to not lose your live stream credit. You can cancel your class through your account with us or the mindbody app as you would with our normal in-studio classes.
Bespoke private class.
Private classes of one hour are available with all our teachers. These are an excellent way to stay in form while working at home to keep mind and body healthy. Please contact the school via email and we will be delighted to arrange a class for you at a time convenient for you.

Yes! You can do our live classes on your TV (casting from mobile device or laptop), computer, tablet or phone! The larger the screen, the better you will see our teacher’s instructions. We will provide you with a link via email approximately 60 minutes before class – simply click the link a few minutes before the class is due to start and view the class in your browser or download the Zoom app.
Make sure to place yourself and the screen in a way that you can see the screen when you’re both standing up and laying down.
Live Classes are booked and paid for the same way you would book and pay for a class in our studios.

Set your email account so that messages from “hello@fitgrid.com” always arrive in your inbox, and are never marked as spam.) with your unique link to access the class. Please note that you will receive a new unique link for every class.
Open the link in this email
The link will take you to your browser and open up the live stream. If you are using a phone or tablet device follow the prompt and download the Zoom app to join, otherwise just view it in your browser. Once you’re in the class, your microphone will automatically be muted and your camera should be off so that only the class teacher is visible once they join and begin the class.
What about audio in the class?
Your microphone will be turned off during the class to minimize background noise, and allow everyone to hear the teacher clearly. Please only manually turn it on before or after class to interact with the teacher or the community.
Providing you have an active Live Class membership* (unlimited 7 day class pass* or single class pass**) you can access the classes you’ve misses by clicking the button below and logging in using your School of Classical Russian Ballet account details or your Mindbody app login credentials
